This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding cancellations, refunds, and our internal processes.

Words with capitalized initial letters have defined meanings as outlined below, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
- Company refers to AtoZ Technologies, located at Sector 23, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410206.
- Service refers to our Website and the services we provide.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.
- Website refers to AtoZ Technologies, accessible at https://atoztechno.com/
- You means the individual or business using our Service.
1. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
- You may cancel your project within 7 days of the initial payment for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations after the 7th day are not accepted under any condition.
- Advance payments are considered non-refundable after this 7-day period.
2. Delays & Project Cancellation
- If a delay occurs from our side, the same 7-day refund policy applies.
- After 7 days, the Board of Management reserves the right to evaluate and make the final decision regarding any refund or cancellation.
- If the board decides to reject the request, the decision will be final and binding, and no refund will be issued.
3. Invoice Cancellation Process
Each project involves issuance of 3 invoices:
- Tax Invoice: Contains the total amount, discount, and payment instructions.
- Payment Invoice: Issued upon receiving advance or partial payment.
- Final Invoice: Sent for closing or collecting pending final payments.
To process a refund, you must email us the original copies of all three invoices (digital or physical). Refund initiation will only begin once these invoices are formally cancelled.
4. Cost Deduction and Refund Calculation
We invest company and third-party resources in every project. Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated using this formula:
Eligible Refund = Total Amount Paid – Costs Incurred
Costs include (but are not limited to) domain registration, hosting, ad spend, paid tools, and employee hours.
5. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds typically reflect in your original payment method within 3–5 business days. In rare cases, processing may take up to 7 business days.
6. Wrong Account Transfers & Client Errors
a. Incorrect Transfer by Client
- If you send funds to the wrong account or person, AtoZ Technologies is not responsible.
- We can only confirm whether we received the payment. Recovery is the client’s responsibility through their bank or payment partner.
b. Wrong Refund Details Provided
- If a refund is sent to incorrect details due to your input error (e.g., wrong account number, spelling mistake), and the transaction is successful, our obligation ends.
- We will provide proof of transaction upon request.
- To escalate such cases, you must visit our office in person with valid identification and supporting documents.
7. Cash Payment Policy
We do not accept any form of cash payments. All transactions must be made digitally for transparency and compliance.
If you make a cash payment to any employee or third party, AtoZ Technologies holds no responsibility for such transactions.
