White Label Subscription Service for Agencies, Those agencies who work or worked with atoz technologies in the past must have to buy a Whitelabel package to use their own copyright or “Designed by___”  etc words on their and/or all the client’s sites that are Made/crafted/Designed or Managed by AtoZ Technologies.

Otherwise, all the sites/projects/work delivered to anyone through an agency who uses atoz technologies services and provides Whitelabel to their clients will be assumed and publicized as AtoZ Work during Marketing Campaigns and Others (T&C Applicable)

Important note: Whitelabel packages must be bought for each project/website or project. For example, as an agency, you use your copyright text/logo or any kind of material that indicates your agency/brand on 10 sites. Then you must place 10 orders for the AtoZ Whitelabel package to continue using Whitelabel and your own copyright text on all sites/projects you or your client owns that are made/crafted/ or managed by atoz technologies. This is Also applicable on those sites/projects/custom works/On Requests or on-demand work that were managed by atoz technologies in past.

Legal Information: This kind of  White Label service is firstly introduced/ invented by AtoZ Technologies and is protected under legal patent and copyright. Copying this business model/idea or tweaking it will be a legal infringement and may cause legal penalties.  Do not copy or use without knowledge of AtoZ Technologies or Permissions.

Note: This service is only for agencies and Whitelabel users. This is not applicable to clients who own a single site as their own business containing AtoZ Technologies copyright OR to those who do not use their own copyright text on the site or project.
